Yes. We offer tiered pricing for pharmacies and clinics purchasing in pallet quantities. Once you create a professional account and verify your business license, volume discounts will automatically apply in your cart. For truckload inquiries, please contact our sales team directly.
Can I pay with a Purchase Order (PO)?
Net 30 terms via Purchase Order are available for verified hospitals, government agencies, and established pharmacy chains. Please submit your credit application through the "My Account" portal. Approval typically takes 1-2 business days.
How do I submit my Tax Exemption Certificate?
You can upload your state Resale Certificate or Tax Exemption form directly in your account dashboard under "Documents". Once verified by our compliance team (usually within 2 hours), tax will be removed from all future orders.
Shipping & Logistics
Tracking, Carriers, Rush OrdersWhat is your daily shipping cutoff time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will ship the following business day.
Do you ship to residential addresses?
For bulk cases and LTL freight items, we strictly ship to commercial addresses to ensure secure chain of custody. Small parcel orders for supplies (non-Rx) may be shipped to residential addresses, but signature upon delivery is required.
Compliance & Safety
FDA, CPSC, Sterile InfoAre your vials CPSC Certified Child-Resistant?
Yes. All our reversible cap vials and push-and-turn vials meet CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) and USP 671 standards for child resistance and moisture permeability. Certificates of Compliance (GCC) are available for download on every product page.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (CoA)?
Yes. CoAs for sterile compounding kits and pharmaceutical packaging can be requested via the support portal. Please reference the specific Lot Number found on your shipping packing slip.
Returns & Issues
Damages, RMA, RefundsWhat do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect all pallets and boxes immediately upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. Take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange an immediate replacement or credit.
