By accessing, browsing, or using the Vials Rx Supply website and its related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Buyer,") and Vials Rx Supply. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

B2B Commercial Use Only: The Platform is intended solely for use by healthcare professionals, pharmacies, clinics, medical distributors, and other qualified business entities. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and NPI/DEA numbers (if applicable). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Medical Disclaimer: Vials Rx Supply is a distributor of packaging and supplies. We do not provide medical advice. Product suitability for specific pharmaceutical applications is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Taxes: Unless you provide a valid Tax Exemption Certificate, you are responsible for all applicable sales, use, and excise taxes.

Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order via credit card, unless Net 30 terms have been pre-approved by our credit department.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Vials Rx Supply reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Lack of product availability.
• Inability to verify pharmacy license or medical credentials.
• Suspicion of fraud or unauthorized resale.

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Platform pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier (FOB Origin).

Users are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is a commercial location capable of receiving the shipment. Re-delivery fees may apply for refused or undeliverable shipments.

Due to the nature of medical packaging and supplies, returns are strictly regulated.

• Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
• Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on opened cases, sterile kits, or custom-printed labels.
